Black Box Customs presents their line of Glock MOS adapter plates. This adapter plate for the Holosun 509T. This MOS adapter plate is made from Nitrided Steel, low profile to reduce height over bore, tailor fitted, and provides maximum thread engagement.  

The plate is compatible with the Holosun 509T RDS. With easy-to-read laser engraved torque specs right on the plate, you'll never have to guess how much you have to torque the mounting screws into the plate.
