BLACK BOX CUSTOMS PRODUCTS:

Black Box Customs' products are crafted with the highest levels of craftsmanship and care. Consistent and long-term perfection is difficult to achieve. In the rare case of a product being defective, Black Box Customs stands behind its products. On most Black Box Customs products a limited lifetime warranty is offered. It protects the purchaser against manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the product.

Warranties will only be honored if:

• The original retail purchaser has proof of purchase
• No modifications are made to the products in any manner

For all warranty claims, the product must be inspected exclusively by Black Box Customs to determine the validity of the claim. Purchaser accepts responsibility for any shipping and handling charges which may be incurred.

ALL OTHER PRODUCTS:

Products manufactured by other brands will default to the original manufacturer's warranty policies. Claims made will follow their procedures and timelines. Purchaser accepts responsibility for any shipping and handling charges which may be incurred.
