Shipping

In most cases packages are shipped domestically via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Please allow for 2 business days for order processing.

Please make sure your billing and shipping addresses match. The payment system will flag potential fraudulent orders and may delay your order shipping. 

Emails are sent out to notify you of the different stages of the ordering process and relevant tracking information.

 

Damaged products and shipping errors

In the event of shipping errors or damaged products, please contact us.

 

30 Day Refund or Exchanges

Should the items you purchased not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange most items within 30 days of the original date of purchase. This can be done by shipping the item back to:

Items can only be returned if they meet the following criteria:

• New and unused
• Original packaging intact

Some items are not refundable:

• Firearms
• Triggers and trigger kits
• Barrels

The product must be evaluated exclusively by Black Box Customs to determine the condition of the product before a refund is issued.
